Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING	Orders are shipped within 1-3 Weeks of the day an order is placed, excluding holidays and high volume times in the year (Hunting & Tournament Season). Please note that orders shipped to the US may be subject to customs and duties.
COURIER	Orders placed with Firewire Custom Bow Strings will be shipped via Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS depending on method selected.
IN-STORE PICKUP	In-Store Pickup is only available during store business hours.
ONLINE RETURNS	Deposits and special order items are non refundable. Ordered product, once received, is non-refundable. Unopened items in original packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase will receive a refund processed back to the original method of payment, minus 3.9% and a restocking fee of 20% of the retail value. We do not offer refunds on shipping fees. All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Layaway and payment plans: 50% required of invoice total prior to product being ordered unless otherwise stated. If contract/agreement is cancelled at any time, we retain 20% of total paid. If we have already ordered the product and received it, refunds will not be applicable.
